Nancy Klaasse

RISING FAWN — Nancy Jane Klaasse, 79, went to be with her Lord on Friday, Mar. 16, 2018. Mrs. Klaasse was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and raised in Knoxville, Tenn. Before moving to Lookout Mountain, Mrs. Klaasse and her husband were very active in square and round dancing. She was a member of the Trenton United Methodist Church and helped with congregational care for the membership. Preceded in death by her son Barry Cleveland. Surviving include her husband, Frank Klaasse of Rising Fawn, Ga.; son, Bryan Cleveland of Lookout Valley, Tenn.; step-daughters Debi Gass of Marietta, Ga., Peggy Glascock of Chattanooga, Tenn. and Barbara Klaasse of Soddy-Daisy, Tenn.; sister Norma Hutchison of Knoxville, Tenn.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Trenton United Methodist Church. The Family wishes to thank Pruitt Hospice for the care and kindness shown to Mrs. Klaasse and her family. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Mar. 19, 2018, at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Brad Scott and Rev. Reese Faucett officiating. Family will receive friends 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday and 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday at the Ryan Funeral Home, Trenton, Ga.
