Ralph Hutson

Ralph C. Hutson, 90, a resident of Birchwood, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018, at the family residence. He was the son of the late John Robert Hutson and Ida Mae Argo Hutson and was also preceded in death by his son, Ralph C. Hutson Jr.; his brothers, Lee Hutson and Nelson Hutson; his sister, Ruby Shahan. Mr. Hutson was a long time electrician belonging to the local IBEW union for over 40 years. Through the union he worked with Western Union and TVA. He also worked at one time at Dupont. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Jo Radcliff Hutson; his grandsons, Travis and Tyler Hutson; his sister, Bobbie Jean Rose, of South Carolina; and several nieces and nephews. A Remembrance of Life Service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee St. Chapel with Rev. Steve Miller officiating. The interment will follow with military honors at McInturf Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
