Jean Burton

Willie “Jean” Burton, 80, of Hixson, passed away Nov. 8, 2018. She was a member of Greenpond Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Thomas Burton; grandson, Chris Burton; parents, Paul and Nellie Johnson; brother, Joe Johnson and a sister-in-law, Peggy Johnson. Jean is survived by her children, Beverly (Bobby) Keyes, Rick (Kathy) Burton, Jerry (Debbie) Burton, Mike (Susan) Burton and Larry (Audrey) Burton; a brother, Curtis Johnson; grandchildren, Selena, Justin, Levi and Brian along with seven great-grandchildren. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday and 12 noon to 2 p.m. Sunday. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Wilburn Hardyman and Rev, Rick Smith officiating.
