Joseph Atchley

CLEVELAND — Joseph Harrison Atchley, 66, a resident of Cleveland, Tenn., passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018, surrounded by family. He loved spending time with his granddaughter, enjoyed fishing, golfing, and Nascar, he was a member of The Cleveland Hunting Rifle and Pistol Club. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ella Mae Burnett Atchley; father, Arthur Atchley; brothers, Kenneth Atchley, Billy Atchley, Johnny Atchley, Charles Atchley, Denny Carroll Atchley. He is survived by his daughters, Ryann (Ron) Norman, Sarah Gussow; stepson, Taylor Allen; brothers, Marshall (Joanie) Atchley, Neal (Jodie) Atchley, Jimmy Atchley; sisters, Margie (Jerry) Collins, Wanda Morgan, Barbara (Dennis) Suits; granddaughter, Olivia Norman; several nieces and nephews. There will be a gathering of friends Monday, Oct. 22, 2018, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland, Tenn. The family ask in lieu of flowers, all donations go to Childhood Leukemia Foundation.
