Judy Youngblood

RINGGOLD — Judy Youngblood, 75, of Ringgold went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018, at her home. She was a life-long resident of North Georgia and was a member of Shield Baptist Church in Chickamauga. Mrs. Youngblood was employed at Candlewick Yarns for many years and was a caregiver to her loved ones. She was preceded in death by her parents, David Martin and Dorothy Langford; son, Allen (Elaine) Youngblood; brothers, Richard Strickland and Rodney Strickland and her sister, Bobbie Provins. Survivors include her loving husband of 52 years, James Youngblood; sons, Bryan (Mary) Thompson, Jamie Thompson, Steve (Sharon) Youngblood, Joey (Shanna) Youngblood; daughters, Gayle (Greg) Nichols and Donna (Bill) Lloyd; brothers, Bill Loveless, Terry Teague, Johnny Teague and Gene Teague; sisters, Beverly Bass, Tommie Nance, Teresa Denton and Peggy Svzwedko; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Graysville Cemetery. Visit www.heritagebattlefield.com to share condolences with the family.
