Karen Martin

RINGGOLD — Karen Martin, 73, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018. She was a nurse for most of her life and she was very passionate about her work. Along with that she loved her family and her dog. Karen was preceded in death by her son, Major Jeffrey Martin; her sister, Janice White; and her niece, Pamela White Sandoval. She is survived by her daughters, Terri Deatherage and Lorie Wren; her granddaughters, Kandice Holt and Valorie Holt and Tabitha Martin; grandsons, Shane Ray, and Nicholas Martin. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday Aug. 6, 2018, in the parlor of the funeral home. Arrangements are by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga.
