Ruby Bullard

LaFAYETTE — Ruby Joyce Bullard, 75, passed away Monday, Sept. 3, 2018. She is survived by her sons, James Phillips of Rome, John (Ronnie) Phillips, of Trenton and Thomas (Debra) Phillips, of LaFayette; four grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; sister, Bernice Prevatt, of Chatsworth; brothers, Waymon (Tiny) Young, of Ringgold and Larry (Joyce) Young, of Rossville; special nieces, Sheila Watkins and Cheryl Dunagan; along with many nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, in LaFayette Memory Gardens with Brother Marshall Kellett officiating. Pallbearers will be her sons and grandsons. Visitation will be held Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
