Robert Madden

Robert Madden, 85, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018, at a local Chattanooga nursing home. He was born and raised in Town Creek, Ala. He served in two branches of the military Army and Marines. He lived in Oakland, Calif., for over 50 years. Survivors include his children, Gloria Jean (Anthony) January, James Madden, of Oakland, Calif., Rodney (Kay) Hunter, of Chattanooga; sister, Mildred Jones; brother, James Looney, of Chattanooga; and host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews family and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018, from 12 (Noon) till 2 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Home with a graveside service at 2:30 p.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors.
