Michael Sisk
Michael Joe Sisk passed away peacefully on April 15, 2019 at the age of 63 in
Chattanooga, TN.
Michael spent his last days surrounded by family and his many friends. He was born on
August 30, 1955. Michael was raised by James and Sue Sisk and was especially fond of
his baby sister, Teri Sisk Sullivan. He loved fishing, tying flies, drawing, painting, and
especially playing music. He spent most of his life playing with various bands but was
best known for his band, Silver Hammer. He was a humble musician, witty friend, and
amazing dad. He will be very missed. “Let it Be.”
Michael was proceeded in death by his father, James Sisk; sister, Sandra Ellen Sisk; and
grandparents, Clyde and Lucy Fisher.
Survivors include his daughter, Mackenzie Sisk; son, Ian Sisk; mother, Sue Sisk; sister,
Teri (Chris) Sullivan; nephews, Ryan (Kalyn) Cook and Ty Cook; and ex-wife, Lisa
Frazier Kyle.

A memorial will be held on Saturday April 20, 2019 at The Peyton, 3146 Broad St
Chattanooga, TN from 4 to 8 p.m.
Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory located
at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
