Hardy Davis

Hardy Thomas Davis, Jr., 81, longtime resident of Ooltewah, passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. Hardy was a big Chevrolet man. He loved Nascar and drag racing. He is preceded in death by his parents Hardy and Mae Davis; brother Harold Davis; sisters Mildred Bowman, Evelyn Bowman, Jewell Brackett,Phyllis Johnson and Linda Buckner. Left behind to cherish his memory is his son Michael Davis; daughters Joy (Mark) Pauley, Sheila(Jeff) Selvidge, Sherry (Tracy) Groce and Jeanne (Ric) Covrea; sisters Diane Farris and Darlene Ramsey; grandchildren Zach Davis, Starla Flowers, Cory Pauley, Brittany (Eric) Faulkner, Jeffrey Selvidge, Wesley (Sydney) Watts, Daniel Watts, Jamie Watts, Holly Hatmaker, Ryan (Hayley) Tims and Carissa Covrea; several great-grandchildren and a special brother Jimmy Runyan as well as many other family members. He will be missed by all who knew him. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at 2:00PM at Companion Funeral and Cremation Service in Cleveland, TN.
