Donald Allen Knox

ROSSVILLE — Donald Allen Knox, 79, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018, at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. He was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area, and a retiree of Sims Sod Farm. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 49 years, Linda Knox. Donald is survived by his daughters, Dana Knox and her husband, Will Ford, Marilyn and Ted Ingle; his son Steve and Sharon Knox; his grandchildren, Cody and Rebecca Roach, Dillon Walker, Hunter Walker, Teddy and Ashley Ingle, Seth Knox, Silas Knox, and Sophie Knox. Also surviving are his great-grandchildren, Haley Roach, Riley Holsomback, and Theodore Ingle; sisters, Kathryn Games, and Loneta Upton. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with Bro. Roger Kennard officiating.
