Glenn Goff

Glenn Goff 62, of St. Elmo, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2019 at his residence. Glenn was a native of South Pittsburg, Ala., had lived many years in Ohio, and the past 35 years in St. Elmo. He worked many years in the family plumbing business as a plumber. Glenn was an avid biker who loved riding with his friends. He enjoyed riding to many different destinations including the Tail of The Dragon and Boyd’s Drag Strip. Glenn also enjoyed working on old cars. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his stepmother, Yvonne Goff; and grandmother, Bessie Goff. Survivors include his wife, Jane Goff; three children, Dana Goff, JoAnn McCracken, and Joe Billy Goff; parents, Joe Bill Goff and Monta Myers; brothers, Roy Goff, Lenny Dulcet, and Matt Goff; five grandchildren, Julia Goff, Dennis McCracken, Tyler McCracken, Austin Goff, and Hannah Goff; great granddaughter, Lindsay Lemaster; grandmother, Mary Nuzzem; several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends. Condolences may be shared at www.lane-southcrestchapel.com Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 6, at 1 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Gary Boyd officiating. Interment will follow in the Forest Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, located at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
