Vera Rivers

Vera Rivers, 99, passed away Friday, July 12, 2019 in Chattanooga. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Otis Webb; daughter, Barbara Favors. Vera is survived by her devoted daughter, Shirley Rivers; three grandchildren, Angela Exum (Breno) of Fort Washington, Md.; Charles Favors (Marion) of Norwalk, Calif., and Kenneth Rivers, of Chattanooga; nephew, Jesse Webb, of Corona, Calif.; several great grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and a host many friends. A lie-in-state will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, July 22, 2019, at the funeral home, followed by a graveside service at 1:30 p.m. at Forest Hills Cemetery. Arrangements by John P.
