Chris Drake

Charissa Ann Burnaugh Drake, 75, of Ooltewah, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at her home. She was born Dec. 20, 1943, in Davenport, Iowa to the late Clarence and Dorothy Burnaugh. Mrs. Drake was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church and the Chattanooga Choo Choo Shag Club. Her brother, Reggie Burnaugh preceded in death. Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Jackie Drake; daughter and son-in-law, Ashleigh and Andrew Welsh of Apison; two grandchildren, Grant Gallop and Caden Welsh of Apison; and sister and brother-in-law, Missy and Dennis Kuras of Lexington, KY. Memorial services will be held Monday, March 11, 2019, at 11 a.m. at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 7111 Lee Highway, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Father Manuel Pérez will officiate the service. The family will receive friends an hour before the service from 10 to 11 a.m. Inurnment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
