Jackie Starnes

Jackie Wynn Starnes, 82, of Chattanooga, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jere Starnes; son, Jere Ronald Starnes; brother, Arvey Wynn; granddaughter, Jessie Anna Starnes. Jackie is survived by her sons, retired Lt. Robert Starnes, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, Judge Gary W. Starnes, Hamilton County General Sessions Court; daughter-in-laws, Marie Costello Starnes and Carol Cox Starnes; grandchildren, Joshua Starnes, Jennifer Starnes, Lesley Starnes McDonald, Christina Starnes Evans, Bryan Starnes and Zoey Wilson. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Richard Richter officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, West.
