Services will be conducted at Tate Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, March 27th, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. CDT/5:30 p.m. EDT. Carol will be laid to a long awaited rest between her husband, Bill and daughter, Pam at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper, Tennessee.
