George McQueen

George Herbert McQueen, known as Geo, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2019. He was a graduate of Norview High School and Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and was a United States Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, George D. & Clara D. McQueen. Survivors include his brothers, Michael (Kathleen) McQueen and Richard (Anna) McQueen; sister, Donna (Walter) Sansot; his partner in life, Jane Howard; and numerous nieces and nephews. Geo had many lifelong friends from Virginia Beach, VA, Norfolk, VA, Georgia, and here in Chattanooga. A celebration of Geo’s life will be held at a later date.
