Patricia W. DeLashmitt, of Chattanooga, formerly of Wrangell, Alaska, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2010.Patricia worked for Manpower Incorporated for many years and she was a member of Hixson United Methodist Church.Patricia was preceded in death by her daughter, Melinda Jones and her husband of 49 years, John C. DeLashmitt.She is survived by her daughter, Susan (John) Wilson; son-in-law, Thomas H. Jones Jr.; grandson, John (Dawn) Wilson; granddaughter, Amy (Dennis) ONeal; great-grandsons, Isaac and Aaron Wilson; many nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends from noon to 3 p.m. Friday at the North Chapel.Services for Patricia will follow at 3 p.m. Friday at the North Chapel with Pastor Gordon DeLashmitt officiating.Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.Please share your thoughts and memories at www.chattanooganorthchapel.com.Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist.
