RISING FAWN F.M. Blevins, 67, passed away Friday, Sept. 2, 2010.He was a longtime employee at Mississippi Valley Steel, in Chattanooga, formerly owned and operated Fats, in Rising Fawn, he loved horses and was a member of Rising Fawn Baptist Church.He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Eleanor Blevins; brother, Earl Blevins Jr.; sister, Peggy Ann Sewell.Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Charlene Blevins; daughter, Melissa Blevins; son, Mark (Kathy) Blevins, all of Rising Fawn, Ga.; brothers, J.B. (Dorris) Blevins, LaFayette, Ga., Robert (Laura) Blevins, Rising Fawn; sisters, Edna (Ernie) Riddle, Mary Lou (Rick) Rains, Rising Fawn; grandchildren, Kim and Greg Giles; great-grandchildren, Grayce and Dalton Giles; several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. EST today in Rising Fawn Baptist Church with the Rev. Tom Crider officiating.Burial will follow in Head Springs Cemetery.Visitation 2-4 p.m. today at the church.Arrangements by Moore Funeral Home, Trenton, Ga.
