ROSSVILLE Sandra McGowan Davidson, 60, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2010, at her home.She was born in Dunlap, Tenn., a daughter of the late Vernon McGowan and Iva Jean Sullivan McGowan.In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Annette McGowan. Survivors include her husband, James A.
