Victoria Davis Ray, 61 of Harrison, passed away suddenly on Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011, while on vacation in Pensacola, Fla.She enjoyed a variety of hobbies, including crocheting, crafts of all kinds, gardening, painting, and a variety of collectables. She also enjoyed traveling, and spending time with her family and many close friends.She was preceded in death by her step-father, Guy Gibson and uncle, Lt. Colonel Robert "Bud" Winslow.Survivors include her beloved husband of 22 years, Leon Ray, of Harrison; daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Adam Carmean, of Athens, Ga; son, John Davis, of Chattanooga; her mother, Lois Gibson, of Pensacola; sister and brother-in-law, Fern and Arnold Pearson of Pensacola; step-brother, Dr. Mark Thomas (Diane) Gibson of St. Charles, Ill.; grandchildren, Jessica Schiano, Sam Carmean and Jack Carmean of Athens, as well as numerous cousins and many friends.In lieu of flowers please make donations to the charity of your choice in memory of Vicki.A memorial service will be held Saturday, Aug.13, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Rev.
