DAYTON Frances Louise Prothero, 82, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012 at Memorial Health Care.She was a lifelong resident of Dayton, Tenn., and was of the Baptist Faith.Services are Tuesday, Aug. 7 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Coulter Garrison.Visitation is today from 5 to 9 p.m.Interment in Chattanooga National Cemetery, services will be for Frances Prothero and Son William L.
