Jo Billingsley, 79, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012, in a local health care facility.Jo was a member and past president of the Eagles Auxiliary #945. She is retired from the Law offices of Martin Bean where she worked for many years.Preceded in death by her husband, John Billingsley; parents. John Newton Green and Maggie Sebring Green; brothers, Ralph, Colston, Alvin and Sentell Green.She is survived by her son, John Billingsley; grandchildren, Alex and Savannah; and her dear and caring friends, Edith Hart and Barbara Perkins.Jo will have a graveside service at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday Aug. 8, 2012, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Rev.
