i Elizabeth Cipielewski, born July 26, 1924 in Detroit, Mich., died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012 due to complications from surgery.She was preceded in death by her husband, father, mother, sister and brother.She will always be remembered for her love of family and teaching the old ways.Survivors include her daughter, Nadeen (Harold) Everett; son, Michael (Kris) Cipielewski; grandchildren, Jody (Tracey) Maynor, Julie Maynor, Holly (Mike) Vincent, Mike Cipielewski, Jr. and Ashley (Danny) Day; great-grandchildren, Drew Rogers, Chloe Rogers, Trevor Rogers, Sylvia Cipielewski and Bradley Vincent. She will be greatly missed by her best friend, Dandy.Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday Aug. 14, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Father Jim Vick officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. today at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road.
