ROSSVILLE Willie Cecil Swint, 76, passed away Monday, Aug. 27, 2012, at his residence.He was born in Carrollton, Ga., to the late Mr. Mose and Mrs. Willie Mae Favors Swint on June 9, 1936.Funeral service for Mr. Swint will be at noon Friday, Aug. 31, 2012, at New Beginnings Pure Holiness Church 420 N. Holly St., Chattanooga, with Bishop A. D.
