SULPHUR SPRINGS Genevieve Hatfield, 75, died late Friday evening, Feb. 10, 2012. She was a member of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church. Mrs. Hatfield was preceded in death by son, Roger Hatfield; parents, the Rev. Pearl and Opal Tinker; sister, Norma Bodenhamer; brother, Charles Tinker; granddaughter, Ruby Hatfield.Surviving are husband, Jim Hatfield, Sulphur Springs, Ala.; sons, the Rev. Benny (Kay) Hatfield, Somerset, Ky., Danny Ray Hatfield, Sulphur Springs, Ala., Bill (JoAnn) Hatfield, Sulphur Springs, Ala., Scott (Cynthia) Hatfield, Davenport, Fla.; sisters, Alma Pryor, Billie Gass, and Myrna Smith, all of Trenton, Ga.; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel with the Rev. Billy Payne officiating. Interment will be in Sulphur Springs Cemetery.
