Mary Frances Ervin, 89, loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012.She resided most of her life in Chattanooga, was a member of Covenant Baptist Church and past member of Central Baptist. She is in the presence of her Lord now forever.She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 37 years, Barry "Jack" Ervin Jr.; parents, D.W. and Ora Mae Reed; two sisters, Pauline Robinson, Chattanooga and Gladys Peace, Seattle, Wash.; one brother, Harold Reed, Warner Robbins, Ga.Survivors include two sons, Jack (Kathy) Ervin, Hixson and Gary (Star) Ervin, Chattanooga; daughter Sharon (Leonard) Johnson, Hixson; sister, Wilda (Joe) Parks, Madison, Miss.; three grandchildren, Kim Wolfe, Chattanooga, Chris Johnson, Trenton, Ga., and Jack Ervin, Chattanooga; three great-grandchildren, Brittany Moore, Chattanooga, Hayden and Jack Johnson, Trenton, Ga. Services will be private.The children would like to commend the staff at St. Barnabas long term care and Summit View Assisted Living for their love and dedication.
