Ellar Mae Barbee Lowman, 78, of Chattanooga, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012.She was predeceased by her parents, John and Maudie Barbee; and brother, Raymond Lee Barbee.She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Darlene L. and Kenneth Lee Spangler, of Tyner and Rev. Patsy Lowman and Anthony Evitt, of Harrison; and son Jimmy Lowman, of Chattanooga.Visitation will be today, Feb. 22, from 11-2 p.m. at Oakwood Community Church, 3927 Webb Road, Chattanooga, TN 37416.The Rev.
