FLAT ROCK Betty Anderson Holcomb, 80, died Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at Sylvania.Ms. Holcomb was retired from Lee Apparel. She was preceded in death by parents, Ulyess Greland and Olie Jane Hawkins Anderson; brothers, Bill, Adell, Henry, Marvin and Alman Anderson; sisters, Ethell Johnson, Elizabeth Harris, Pauline Smith; and special friend, G.A. Bailey.Survivors include daughter, Diane Lewis; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and James Jernigan; son, Kenneth Holcomb; grandchildren, Jimmy Lewis, LeAnn Beesley, Jennifer Hall and Haley Anderson; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Tommy Anderson and Bo Anderson.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today in the chapel with Brother David McCarroll officiating.Burial will follow in Overlook cemetery.Family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until service time today.
