Nealie Ruth McTaggart, 92, of East Ridge, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2012.She was a homemaker, and a loving wife, mother and grandmother.Mrs. McTaggart was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Lee McTaggart.Survivors include her son, Michael (Martha) McTaggart, of Apison; granddaughters, Christine Blalock and Stephanie Little; great-granddaughter, Hannah Blalock; brothers, Lewis Silver and Bill Silver; sister, Aleen Silver and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev.
