WHITWELL Wendell W. "Firecracker" Higgins, 65, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2012.He was preceded in death by his father, Ott Higgins; "other, Martha Higgins Kilgore; three brothers, Willie "Tootler" Higgins, Howard "Beaver" Higgins, Haskel "Hack" Higgins.Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 42 years, Joey Morrison Higgins; two children, Teresa Jo (Sheddie) Kilgore, Scotty Jason (Elaine) Higgins; two sisters, Ima Cornett, Juanita Alto; seven grandchildren, Devin, Danielle, Jacob, Chase, Haley, Mega and Alexius; brother-in-law, Martin Morrison.Family will receive friends 10-9 p.m. today, July 20, 2012.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012 in the funeral home chapel with Rev.
