Jackie Dale Blake, 59, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, July 28, 2012, following a lengthy illness.He was a long-time resident of Chattanooga, and a graduate of Kirkman Technical High School. He was born to the late Olin and Betty Blake; he was the father of Tiffany Blake.Survivors include his sister, Cathy (Darrell) Coffman; brothers, Wayne (Judy) Blake, Larry (Carolyn) Blake, Alan (Robbin) Blake, Terry (Lisa) Blake; and several nieces and nephews.Following a private service for the immediate family, there will be a visitation for friends of the family from 4 until 9 p.m. today, July 31, from at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Baptist Church, 632 Lullwater Road Chattanooga, TN 37405, or Faithbridge Church, 426 Peyton Drive, Hixson, TN 37343.Arrangements are by W.L.
