CHICKAMAUGA Louise Elvia Wooten, 89, died Thursday, June 7, 2012, in a local health care facility. She was a lifelong resident of Rossville. Mrs. Wooten was a member of Mission Ridge Baptist Church for 75 years where she was also a member of the Golden Hearts Senior Club. She was a member of Cardinal Garden Club and the Chickamauga Home Demonstration Club. Mrs. Wooten was preceded in death by nine brothers and one sister.Survivors are her husband of 67 years, Chester Wooten; sons, Danny (Mary) Wooten, Rossville, Johnny (Judy) Wooten, Trenton, Ga.; daughters, Carolyn (David) Rous, Flintstone, Ga., Phyllis Mullican, Rossville, and Sherry Wooten, Flowery Branch, Ga.; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park with the Rev.
