Billie Brooks, 90, formerly of East Brainerd, passed away in Oklahoma City, Okla. on June 8, 2012. She was the widow of J.T. Brooks and mother of Randy Brooks. She was a member of Suburban Baptist Church in Moore, Okla. She is survived by a loving sister-in-law, Barbara Stulce, of Oklahoma City; nieces, Terri Thele, Allen, TX and Lisa Files, Tulsa, Okla.; and nephew, Steve Stulce, of Edmond, Okla. She was blessed by many dear loved ones, including Linda Petty and her family. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Miluer officiating.
