ROSSVILLE Johnny Dale Rash, 52, went home to be with the Lord Friday, June 15, 2012. He was born August 16, 1959 in Danville, Kentucky to the late Richard S. and Thelma B. Rash. Johnny was retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad after 26 years of service. He was a member of New Haven Baptist Church and the Enrichment Sunday School Class.He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Missy Mitchell Rash; and brother, Richard Thomas Rash.Survivors include his daughter, Heather (Scott) Tucker, of Ringgold; son, Jonathan Rash, of Rossville; granddaughter, Madison Tucker, of Ringgold; godson, Jacob Grant, of Rossville; sister, Vickie (John) Duffy, of East Ridge; brother, Timothy (Cathy) Rash, of Signal Mountain; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Gloria andBilly Mitchell; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Angie and Greg Wright, of Rossville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday June 19, at 2:30 p.m. in the East Chapel with Rev. Bill Broom and Rev. Robert K. Schrader officiating. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.The family will receive friends today from 4-8 p.m. and Tuesday from 1 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
