Christy BrownChristy Gail Brown Burr, 42, a longtime resident of Chattanooga went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. She was a graduate of Chattanooga Christian School. Christy was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church.Preceded in death by grandfathers, Ernest L. Brown Sr. and Charles Walker.Survived by husband, Steve Burr, of Phoenix, Ariz.; parents, Ernie and Lynda Brown, of Chattanooga; sister, Julie (Will) Kesler, of Albany, Ga.; brother, Charlie (Amy) Brown, of Chattanooga; paternal grandmother, Norma Brown, of Chattanooga; maternal grandparents, Emma and Ernest Brooks, of East Ridge; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held today, at 2 p.m. at the East Brainerd Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Dr. J.
