JASPER Virginia Webb Haynes, 88, died Sunday, June 24, 2012 in a local nursing home.The daughter of the late Hubert and Martha Crowe Webb, she was of the Baptist faith and worked for 27 years as a secretary at Lodge Manufacturing in South Pittsburg. She was also a devoted homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother and mother-in-law.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Gerald Wayne Haynes; and two sisters, Gertie Mae Webb and Dorothy Newcom.She is survived by her children, Warren "Snuffy" Haynes Jr., of Jasper, Charles and Phoebe Haynes, of South Pittsburg, Clay and Susan Haynes and William and Donna Haynes, all of Jasper; five grandchildren; sisters, Bertie Harvey, of Alabama and Patsy Crowe, of Jasper.Funeral services will be conducted from the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home at noon CDT today, June 26, 2012 with Rev. Joe Moore officiating.
