CLEVELAND Betty L. Jenkins, 74, a resident of Cleveland and formerly of Chattanooga, passed away on Thursday afternoon, Nov. 15, 2012, at her home.Survivors and arrangements will be announced later by Companion Funeral & Cremation Service who has charge of those arrangements.
