Susan Jo Albert Barfield, 63, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012.Susan was the daughter of the late David and Jeannine Champ Albert.Susan was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and the J. Fred Johnson Sunday school class. For several years she had owned Susans Kopper Kettle Restaurant, and a past employee of Manor House assisted living and currently the activities director for East Ridge Retirement Center.Susan is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, William Quin Barfield; sons, William Scott Barfield, and Philip Albert Barfield; three grandchildren, Zachary Quin Barfield, Lucas Owen Phillips and Natalie Nichole Phillips; and brother, David Michael Albert; sister, Sandra Lee Brewer; and several nieces and nephews.Graveside services were held 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with her brother-in-law, Rev.
