Bobby Case


DUNLAP Bobby Joe Case, 77, died unexpectedly Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012, in a Chattanooga hospital.Bobby was a loving husband and father, In the most simple words, he was "The Best Of The Best". He retired from Coca Cola Bottling Co. in 1995 after 40 years of dedicated service. After retirement he worked briefly for SETHRA driving kids to Orange Grove, then continued to work for 12 years with his son in his vending business. He was a member of Way Of the Cross Baptist Church and he was rewarded by Alhambra Temple in Chattanooga for his services. His caring ways and bright beautiful smile will be missed by many.Preceded in death by, parents, William and Lauada Moore Case; three brothers, Vernon Case, Billy Ray Case and Jimmy Case, all of Marion County.Survivors include his loving wife, Lura Mae Clark Case, Dunlap; sons, Joel (Beth Ann) Case, Crossville, Larry (Sue) McBee, Dunlap, Kenny (Kim) McBee, Arkansas, Doug (Kathy) Case, Crossville; daughter, Linda (Wayne) Reese, Dunlap; sister, Linda Price, Bridgeport, Ala.; brother, Jerry Case, Iowa; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. CDT Thursday in Ewton Funeral Home chapel with Brother Lanny Tate officiating.Burial in Sequatchie Memorial Gardens, Jasper, Tenn.Visitation; 4-8 p.m. Wednesday.Arrangements by Ewton Funeral Home, 6936 Highway 28, Dunlap, TN 37327 (423-949-2112)
