Mary Jo Sablosky Krohner, 60, departed from this life on August 31, 2012.She was born in Hartford, Conn., to Theresa and Stanley J. Sablosky Sr. and spent most of her life in West Hartford, Conn. She graduated from Hall High School and worked in the insurance industry in the Hartford area for many years.Five years ago she and her family moved to Hixson. She loved to travel and see the country.She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Stanley of Salinas, Calif. and Michael, of Willington, Conn.Survivors include her loving husband of 35 years, Stephen; and son, Matthew Krohner.There are numerous relatives, nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews throughout the country.Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. today, Sept. 5, 2012, in the funeral home chapel.The family will receive friends for visitation today from 5 p.m. until the hour of the service.In lieu of flowers, donations made be made in her memory to the American Lung Association.Condolences and memories may be shared with the family by visiting www.hamiltonfuneraloptions.com.Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN 37343.
