Clara Geneva Long, 85, of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012.Clara was born in Alabama and was a longtime resident of the Chattanooga area. She was an avid sewer, loved dolls and stuff animals and gave them as gifts. Clara and her late husband were members of Calvary Baptist Church in Red Bank.She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn E. Long Sr.; and her daughter, Ruth Taylor; siblings, Flora Lee, Gladys Hastings, Rita Green, Viola Carlton, Emory Hastings and Harrison Hastings.Clara is survived by her children, David (Sheila) Long, Glenn Long Jr. and Sharon Bryant; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; siblings, Nellie Burrell and L.V.
