Martha Glenn Perkins Bryant, of Chattanooga, passed away early Sunday morning, Sept. 9, 2012.Born on March 22, 1935 in Trion, Ga., to Robert Glenn Perkins and Ruby Grace Parker Perkins, Martha was a kind and loving mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by family and friends.She was predeceased by her parents; brother, Howard Perkins, and infant brother Jackie Perkins.She is survived by daughter, Joye (Al) Duke, of Lookout Mountain, Tenn.; son, Boyd (Cindy) Bryant, of Apison, Tenn.; daughter, Anita (Jarrod) Roussel, of Huntsville, Ala.; brother, Jerry Perkins, Modesto, Calif.; grandchildren: Jessica Duke, Las Vegas, Nev.; Meredith Duke, Chattanooga; Nathan (Johanna) Bryant, Chattanooga; Elizabeth (Jonathan) Kline, Chattanooga; Rachael (Nate) Andrews, Seattle, WA; Matilyn, Matthew ad Andrew Roussel, Huntsville; great-grandchildren: Carys, Bridget and Rhianna Bryant; Mary, Amelia, Noah and James Andrews; Mitchell and Vincent Kline; and many cousins and friends.Visitation and memorial service will be on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively in the Asbury Chapel of Highland Park Baptist Church.A private burial will follow.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Chattanooga, 4411 Oakwood Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37416, or "Camp Joy", Highland Park Baptist Church, 1907 Bailey Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404.Visit www.heritagefh.com to share words of comfort to the family.Arrangements by Heritage Funeral Home 7454 East Brainerd Road.
