Betty F. Webb, 78, passed away Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012 at Morning Point Assisted Living, Chattanooga.She was of the Methodist faith and was a lifetime resident of Hamilton County.Preceded in death by, Husband, Frank Webb; her parents, Claude and Beatrice Fraley; 1 brother, Jimmy Fraley.Survivors include, 5 sons, Gary Webb, Terry Webb, both of Soddy-Daisy, David Webb, of Dayton, Michael and Randy Webb, of Chattanooga; 1 daughter, Margaret Hillian, of Bakewell; 1 sister, Pat Thrash, of Ringgold, Ga.; 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.Services will be Monday, Sept. 24, in the Chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home, with Rev.
