Elaine Higdon Grove, 81, passed away Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012.It was her passion and lifes work to teach young people. She was an outgoing industrious woman who touched many lives with her happy loving countenance.She is survived by her children, Tim Grove, wife Tracey Grove, (also teachers), Sonja Snyder, husband Craig Snyder, Tammy Thayer, husband, Kim Thayer; grandchildren, Josh Pryor, wife, Brandy Pryor, Jonathan Grove, Cheree Camery, Brittany Thayer and Romann Henderson, Emily Snyder, Gillian Snyder. great-grandchild, Elizabeth Grace Pryor; sisters, Gwen DeSantis, husband Jack DeSantis, and Wanda Saar, husband, Charles Saar.Memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30 at the McDonald Road SDA Church, McDonald, Tenn. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help support evangelism and growth of the Rock Spring SDA Church, Rock Spring, GA.
