Tony "Myron" Stewart, 69, of Soddy-Daisy, went from this life to his eternal home Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013.He was redeemed of the Lord and a member of Oak Street Baptist Church, Soddy-Daisy. Tony was a retired member of Ironworkers Local 704, and at the time of his retirement was employed by Tennessee Valley Authority.He was predeceased by his parents, Claude Stewart and Vernon Lasley Stewart; brothers-in-law, Stuart Levi and Jim Farley.Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Midge "Doris" Sparks Stewart; daughters, Carla (Richie) White, Trion, Ga., Missi McMillan and Jami (Leroy) King, both of Soddy-Daisy; four grandchildren, Toni and Taylor McMillan, Kinsey Stewart and Luke King. Survivors also include a brother, Eddie (Jeanette) Stewart; two sisters, Judy Levi and Claudia Farley; and several nieces and nephews.The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Tennessee Oncology Group, fourth floor nurses at Memorial Hospital and Hospice of Chattanooga.
