Jr.Willie Evans Jr., 70, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at a local hospital.Survivors include life-partner, Charlene Elder; daughter, Sharon Brown; nieces and nephews.Services will be held at noon on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at Highland Cemetery.The body will lie in state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
