Jr.James Edward "Eddie" Everett Jr., 60, a resident of Soddy-Daisy, passed from this life on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at a local hospital.He was a member of the North Hamilton Church of Christ. He was also a member and past master of Red Bank Masonic Lodge 717 F&AM, member of the Scottish Rite Society and member and past captain of the Alhambra Shrine Clown Unit. He retired from TVA Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, and he was a former Red Bank and Hamilton County Police Officer.He was preceded in death by his parents, Arlene Smith and James Edward Everett Sr.Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Dorothy Everett; son, James Edward "Jamie" Everett, III; two daughters, Misty Everett and Amanda (Andy) Stewart; grandson, Tayton Everett; sister, Candace House; and brother, Marty Everett.Masonic services by Red Bank Masonic Lodge 717 F&AM will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, in the funeral home chapel with Minister David B. Smith officiating.Interment will follow in Hamilton County Memorial Park.Honorary pallbearers will be the Alhambra Shrine Clown Unit.Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. today and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday.Condolences and memories may be shared at www.williamsonandsons.com.Arrangements are by Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, 8852 Dayton Pike Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
