DUNLAP Chester Allen Cranfill, 14, died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at his home after a year long baffle with cancer. He was of the Church of God faith and was a student at the Sequatchie County Middle School,Preceding him in death was his grandfathers Wayne Cranfill and Buddy Turner; grandparents Harry and Willie May Hazelton; uncle Chester Cranfill.Survivors include father, James (Heather) Cranfill, Dunlap; mother, Stephanie (Michael) Walling, Dunlap; siblings, Brooke, Mallory, Emma and Irelyn Cranfill, all of Dunlap; Kaylie Hale, Dunlap, Zane Smith, Spencer; grandparents, Judy and Ed Gee, Pikeville; step-grandmother, Renee Cranfill; grandmother, Betty Lou Idema, Pikeville; aunts and uncles, Jimmy and Cindy Grant, Sonya and Stoney Olendorf, and Stacy and Tonya Turner; and a host of friends.Service will be 1 p.m. CST Saturday in the funeral home chapel with burial in Collier Cemetery.Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamllyfh.com.Visitation 1-9 p.m. CST.Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Highway 127 South, Pikeville, Tenn.
