Francene Milton Henderson Fleming, 61, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, March 5, 2013. She was born March 5, 1952, in LaGrange, Ga. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Georgia Mae Jackson Milton; grandmother, Rose Ella Jackson Brewer; and one sister, Shirley Leigh Bonner.She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and retired from the Chattanooga Police Department after 33 years of service.Survivors are daughter, Y. Deniece Sanders; granddaughter, Danielle S.
